Nails by Stephanie Pediet is a Latina-owned private nail studio in the Lehigh Valley, rooted in faith, creativity, and genuine care. As a licensed and certified specialist in Russian manicure and pedicure techniques, I prioritize precision, cleanliness, and the long-term health of the natural nail. My work is guided not only by skill, but by the love and compassion I carry through my Christian faith—serving every client with kindness, patience, and gratitude. I proudly work with Luminary Nail Systems, PLA Nails, and SoftGel X Extensions, a softgel system developed by the inventor of Aprés Gel-X. These professional lines are vegan, 5 & 10-free, and HEMA-free, allowing me to create strong, beautiful enhancements while maintaining a gentle approach to nail health. My studio is a place of comfort, connection, and creativity—where nails are an art form, self-care is a priority, and every appointment is a chance to uplift and make someone feel special. Whether you prefer soft, natural beauty or bold personal expression, my goal is to ensure you leave feeling confident, valued, and beautifully cared for. CANCELLATION POLICY
New Client Deposit All new client bookings require a 50% deposit to reserve the appointment time. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the booked service(s). Please note: the deposit is non-refundable. However, it may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if the rescheduling request is made with at least 24 hours’ notice. Deposits will be forfeited if the appointment is canceled. Card Required on File A valid debit or credit card is required on file to book any appointment. Nails by Stephanie Pediet requires at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If notice is given less than 24 hours in advance, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the booked service to the card on file. If we are unable to charge the card on file—or if no card is provided—you will not be able to book future appointments until the outstanding fee is paid. Your card on file may be charged if: • You are a new client booking for the first time. • Your appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice. • You no-call/no-show. • Your service(s) are completed. These policies help cover the loss of income from appointments that cannot be filled on short notice. We understand that emergencies happen—please communicate with us, and we’ll do our best to work with you. Late Arrival We understand that life happens, and occasional delays are unavoidable. If you anticipate being late, we kindly ask that you please notify us as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. To maintain fairness and stay on schedule, a 15-minute grace period is allowed. • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be added. • After the 16-minute mark, an additional $1 per minute will be charged. • If you arrive 30 minutes late or more, a $30 late fee will apply, and your appointment may be modified or canceled based on availability. • In the event of a cancellation due to lateness, 100% of the service fee will be charged. Late arrivals affect not only your service but also the experience and timing of clients scheduled after you. These policies are in place to ensure a respectful, professional, and seamless experience for everyone. By booking with us, you are acknowledging and agreeing to these policies.
