Nails by Stephanie Pediet is a Latina-owned private nail studio in the Lehigh Valley, rooted in faith, creativity, and genuine care. As a licensed nail tech and certified specialist in Russian manicure and pedicure techniques, I prioritize precision, cleanliness, and the long-term health of the natural nail. My work is guided not only by skill, but by the love and compassion I carry through my Christian faith—serving every client with kindness, patience, and gratitude. As a gel-based nail salon, I exclusively work with professional gel systems designed to prioritize both beauty and nail health. I proudly use Luminary Nail Systems, PLA Nails, and SoftGel X Extensions—a soft gel extension system developed by the inventor of Aprés Gel-X. These premium product lines are vegan, 5-free and 10-free, and HEMA-free, allowing me to provide durable, high-quality enhancements while supporting the long-term health and integrity of your natural nails. My studio is a place of comfort, connection, and creativity—where nails are an art form, self-care is a priority, and every appointment is a chance to uplift and make someone feel special. CANCELLATION POLICY
New Client Deposit All new clients are required to pay a 50% deposit to reserve their appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the total service cost and is non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided. Deposits are forfeited if the appointment is canceled. Card Required on File A valid debit or credit card is required to book any appointment. Your card may be charged for the new client deposit, completed services, late cancellations, last-minute rescheduling, service reductions, or no-shows, as outlined in these policies. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Service Changes At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel, reschedule, or remove services from an appointment. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 100% fee for the affected service(s), charged to the card on file. Any deposit paid will be applied toward the applicable cancellation fee, with any remaining balance charged to the card on file. If a payment cannot be processed, the outstanding balance must be paid before booking future appointments. We understand that emergencies happen. Unexpected medical emergencies and health situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Nails by Stephanie Pediet. Please communicate with us as soon as possible. These policies help protect the time reserved for your appointment and compensate for income lost when appointments cannot be filled on short notice. Late Arrivals If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. • 16–29 minutes late: A $15 late fee applies. • 30 minutes or more late: A $30 late fee applies, and your appointment may be modified or canceled depending on availability and the time needed to complete your service. If your appointment must be canceled due to your late arrival, the cancellation fee may apply as outlined in our cancellation policy. Late and cancellation fees will not be stacked for the same missed appointment. Late arrivals may affect the quality of your service and the appointments scheduled after yours. These policies help us maintain a professional, respectful, and timely experience for everyone. By booking an appointment with Nails by Stephanie Pediet, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
